Wuhan Longxin Chengshi Used Car Management Co., Ltd, established in November 2012, Wuhan, Hubei, China, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co.,Ltd, dedicated to providing customers with a full value chain, high quality and professional services. Its parent company DPCA, established in May 1992 as a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Group and PSA Group with a registered capital of 7 billion RMB. On January 16, 2021, PSA Group and FCA Group completed their merger and changed their name to Stellantis, the third in Europe and the fourth largest automotive group in the world. DPCA is one of the earliest companies in China to implement the "multi-brand" strategy, with three brands - Dongfeng Peugeot, Dongfeng Citroen and Dongfeng Fukang, and has built a national technical research and development center in Wuhan, with laboratories for vehicles, engines, components, materials, environment and interior air quality, as well as automobile modeling showrooms and a vehicle test site. The development and testing technology is synchronized with the products of Stellantis. The company has won the honorary title of "Advanced Collective inside state-owned key enterprises" and more than 100 awards for scientific and technological progress, including the "First Prize of China Automotive Industry Scientific and Technological Progress Award", and has been rated as an excellent unit in the technical innovation evaluation of Dongfeng Company for 9 consecutive times.
